About the Role
This is an ongoing part time contract, so you can settle in and become part of the team. You’ll be the face of the firm’s Brisbane CBD office 3 days per week, with the odd extra day here and there to cover leave or busy periods. You’ll keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and help bring the firm’s events to life.
Day to day, you’ll:
Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Look after calls, mail, couriers and meeting room bookings
Organise catering and set up boardrooms for meetings
Keep the office well stocked and liaise with building management and suppliers
Help plan and run client functions,
team celebrations and networking events
Lend a hand with admin across the team
About You
You’ve worked in reception, front of house or office coordination, or you’re coming from a high end hospitality background like a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant or premium venue
You’ve helped run events, or you’re keen to do more of it
You know what five star service looks like and you deliver it naturally
You’re polished, personable and a natural communicator
You’re highly organised and you notice the small things
You’re confident using Microsoft Office
You enjoy variety and stay calm when things get busy
You’re happy to pick up the occasional extra day when needed
