The position offers a mixture of hands-on field work with helpdesk support in a growing, contemporary meat processing plant. You will report to our IT Manager and help maintain and expand our technology infrastructure across the site

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line helpdesk support to all staff - office & production
Install, configure and maintain network equipment, PC's, printers and industrial IT systems
Do physical infrastructure work, including cable running, mounting equipment and installing gear in processing areas




Help maintain the network and systems infrastructure
Maintain equipment records, documentation and asset register
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

What You'll Need:
Proven IT experience with robust networking and helpdesk fundamentals
Comfortable working in an industrial setting - including roof spaces, working at heights, and exposure to processing conditions (cold)
Clear communication with non-technical users
Hands-on problem solver who can work independently
Driver's licence essential

Highly Regarded:
Working at heights or EWP ticket
Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, or industrial O/T networks
