We pay in accordance with the 2026 Pay Guide - SCHADS Award [MA000100], Social and Community Services stream, Employee Level 1 Pay Point 3 (Casual) - $36.81 per hour.

About the Role
Provide social and community participation support (appointments, outings, social groups, sports, community engagement)
Encourage skill-building and confidence in everyday life
Offer companionship and emotional support
Help participants engage in meaningful activities and pursue their interests
Walk alongside participants as they work towards their NDIS goals

About You
Empathetic, reliable, and approachable
Good listeners with robust communication skills
Flexible and proactive in supporting others
Motivated to make a positive difference in someone life
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Full working rights in Australia
