What You'll Be Doing
Preparing accurate repair estimates for insurance claims, including storm and weather-related damage
Reviewing scope of works and ensuring estimates align with policy and industry standards
Liaising with customers, trades, assessors, and insurers throughout the repair process
Producing detailed reports and supporting documentation




Building robust relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service
Contributing to timely, fair, and high-quality claim outcomes

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in insurance estimating, building estimating, or a similar role
Knowledge of residential repairs and insurance claim processes
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to manage multiple jobs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
