You’re an experienced Lead Carpenter or Junior Foreman ready to take the next step into running a commercial construction site. You’re a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship and builds robust relationships with subcontractors, your team and project stakeholders.
You’ll bring
Previous experience on commercial construction projects.
A drive to develop your site supervision and team leadership skills.
A solid understanding of construction sequencing and quality finishes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
A thorough understanding of WHS requirements and site safety practices.
A current Construction White Card and Driver Licence.
A trade qualification in Carpentry or a related field.
Preferred qualifications
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.
Certificate IV or Diploma in Building and Construction.
