Sales Superstar - Geelong’s Most Iconic Window Furnishings Brand

We currently own 3 local Choices Flooring stores (Geelong, Torquay and Bellarine) and we are merging with Geelong’s most well known window furnishings brand. We’re in need of a proven sales gun who can own the floor from first enquiry to order. You’ll be the face of one of Geelong’s best-known window furnishings brands - internal and external window furnishings.

What you’ll do
Run the sales process end-to-end: consult, measure, quote, close and hand over
Sell internal blinds, shutters, curtains and soft furnishings with confidence
Specialise in external solutions - awnings, outdoor blinds, screens and shading systems
Build and manage a robust pipeline of homeowners, builders and repeat clients
Represent the brand professionally in-store, on the phone and on-site

What we’re looking for
Serious experience selling window furnishings (years, not months)




Deep product knowledge across both internal and external ranges - external expertise is a must
Ability to consult and educate customers, not just take orders
Robust communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude
Confidence to work both independently and as part of a small high-performing team
Market-competitive salary $80,000 – $100,000 + superannuation
