Job Title: Front of House – Café & Dessert Section

Location: Big Fat Greek Woodbine

We are looking for a friendly, reliable team member to serve customers and prepare drinks and desserts in our café and dessert section.

Key responsibilities
Welcome customers, answer menu questions and take orders accurately.
Operate the till, process payments and handle cash.
Prepare and serve coffees, cold drinks, shakes and desserts to our recipes and presentation standards.
Keep dessert displays neat, stocked and clearly labelled.
Maintain clean tables, benches, equipment and service areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
Assist with opening, closing and restocking duties.
Work with the team to provide prompt, friendly service during busy periods.

Skills and qualities
Friendly manner and robust customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual and well presented.
Able to work efficiently in a busy setting.
Positive communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
Café, barista or dessert experience is an advantage.
Availability to work rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends.
