About the role

L&D; Earthmoving is seeking a highly organized and energetic office all-rounder to join our growing team. Your time will majorly be spent in allocations providing efficient customer service from entering job details with general administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and have a great eye for detail, this role is perfect for you.

Key responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and emails
Respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Coordinate daily allocations and scheduling of earthmoving plant and machinery
Liaise with shareholders, operators, and subcontractors to ensure effective job allocation and communication
Assist with sales enquiries via phone and email
Provide administrative support to the sales team and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain compliance documentation and support all departments as required
Order office supplies and assist with general office administration duties




Participate in an after-hours roster shared amongst team members, supporting a healthy work-life balance

About you
Previous experience and/or knowledge of allocations, scheduling, and earthmoving plant and machinery is highly desirable
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone manner
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities in a rapid-paced environment
Outstanding time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
