As a Home and Community Care Provider, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing quality care and support in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing companionship and emotional support to clients




Administering medication and monitoring client health
Assisting with household tasks, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
Transporting clients to appointments and outings
