Cook duties Include :
Prepare, cook and present dishes to high quality and consistency standards.
Prepare different types of high quality foods for production team.
Stock rotation.
Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and HACCP Compliance in the kitchen.
Work closely with manager and production teams.

Kitchen Hand duties include :
Wash pots and pans and kitchen equipment.
Assist Head chef with food prep such as washing, chopping vegetables, peeling and making salads.
Assist in production area when needed.
Keep Kitchen benches floors and storage areas clean and tidy.




Empty bins and manage general kitchen cleanliness.

We are looking for someone:
Can work Full Time / Part Time or Casual.
Reliable, punctual, trustworthy with solid work ethics.
Energetic and independent individual with positive attitude.
Able to work in a quick-paced environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
Experience in the kitchen is preferred but not necessary - training will be provided.

We operate 7 days a week:
Monday-Saturday : 8:00am-4:30pm
Sunday : 8:00am-12:00pm.
Various days and shifts are available
We are located in Strathfield, within walking distance to the train station.
