About the role:
Assist customer via phone, email, webchat and face to face
Help customers find the right parts for their cars
Provide recommendations and advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions




Handle customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries and product availability
Complete customer followups and assigned tasks within required timelines
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction

The successful applicant will possess:
Ability to remain calm and professional
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Australian citizen or full-time visa holder with fluency in English
A passion for cars
Previous experience in an Automotive Parts Accessories store a PLUS (Auto Pro, Autobarn, Repco, Bursons, Supercheap Auto, AutoOne etc)
