Your new role

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of accounts payable processes while supporting the broader finance function. Working within a high-performing team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include
Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
Managing invoice matching, coding, and approvals
Preparing and processing payment runs
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Responding to supplier and stakeholder enquiries
Maintaining vendor records and ensuring data accuracy
Assisting with month-end processes and reporting requirements




Supporting process improvement initiatives across the finance function

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Officer role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive and team-focused attitude
Experience using finance or ERP systems, with strong Microsoft Excel skills
