American Trucks Australia is the industry leader for importing bespoke American Trucks into Australia and has the reputation for Quality & premium customer service, with direct factory supply, in-house right-hand-drive conversion. with the main office in Stapylton Qld.

Tasks & responsibilities:
Processing invoices, Accounts Receivable/Payable and follow up where required
Other data entry and bookkeeping tasks as directed by the Manager, such as assisting with processing staff records
Reconciliation of transactions, including dispute resolution and follow up
Checking and entering expenses
Raising Purchase Orders
Attend to administrative requirements relating to the sales function, including receiving, processing and checking accuracy of sales orders,



processing and issuing invoices, check and follow up outstanding as required.
Clerical and administrative tasks such as preparing documents and offices correspondences
Experience with Ai/Automation highly regarded
Experience in marketing highly regarded
Dealership experience preferred

Requirements
Previous experience in a similar Accounts / Administration role (essential)
Robust knowledge of accounts processes (invoicing, reconciliations)
Experience with accounting software (Xero or similar)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Bookkeeping or accounting qualifications preferred
Skilled communication and customer service skills
