Sonder Executive is recruiting an HSE leader for a major Laverton site in Melbourne. You will sit on the site leadership team, driving health, safety and workplace initiatives, partnering with operations, warehousing and logistics to build a safety culture that is genuinely owned on the floor.

You will coach leaders and teams, maintain risk management systems for self-insurance readiness and ensure compliance with the OHS Act and standards in a rapid-paced production workplace.
