About the Role We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team as Restaurant Team Members, working in either Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH). This is a hands-on, rapid-paced role where you’ll work alongside a outstanding team, keep the energy high, and help create memorable experiences for our guests. No previous experience is required, with full training provided on the job.

What You’ll Be Doing

Charcoal Cook:
Setting up and operating the charcoal pit safely and correctly
Cooking and basting charcoal chicken to El Jannah recipe and quality standards
Portioning, rotating, and preparing chicken for service
Monitoring cook times, temperatures, and product quality
Keeping the charcoal station, tools, and surrounding areas clean and organised
Supporting service flow during busy periods
Following food safety,



WHS requirements, and reporting hazards or incidents
Working closely with the wider team to deliver a excellent guest experience

Availability to work flexible rosters, including evenings and weekends
Previous rapid food or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential
