Side By Side Disability Services is seeking a calm, patient and experienced Disability Support Worker to support a 22-year-old non-verbal autistic man at home and in the community. The role involves assisting with routines, communication through visual supports, and following behaviour support plans to keep the client secure and engaged.

You will work within a 2:1 support model initially, maintain progress notes, and ensure a respectful, supportive workplace.
