About the role
We are looking for an honest, reliable and friendly team member to join our arcade.
Key responsibilities
Provide front counter service, including game card top-ups and prize redemptions.
Assist customers with games and enquiries.
Check that arcade machines are operating properly and report any issues.
Keep the arcade clean and tidy.
About you
Honest, trustworthy and punctual.
Reliable attendance and commitment to rostered shifts.
Positive customer service and communication skills.
Available to work at least two days per week, with shifts between 10 am and 8 pm.
