Metro Trains Melbourne is seeking a Human Factors and Systems Integration Lead for a part time, 12-month engagement based at Collins Street, Melbourne. You will lead HF analyses, ensure system-level HF impacts are integrated into design decisions, and support risk management across projects.

You will apply HF methods within safety-critical contexts, deliver change activities, and drive continuous improvement in human factors practices across the business.
