TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Finance Officer for an immediate start temporary assignment based in Richmond.

This is a hands-on role focused on investigating financial discrepancies, clearing reconciliation backlogs and improving existing finance processes. We're looking for someone proactive and confident who can come in, take ownership and get things back on track.

6-week temporary assignment with potential to extend into the recent year

$45-$50 p.h. + Super

Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies across invoices, payments and expenses
Review historical transactions and clear reconciliation backlogs




Identify billing inconsistencies and outstanding cost recoveries
Improve existing financial processes and implement better controls
Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve financial issues
Support financial reporting and year-end activities

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Senior Finance Officer, Bookkeeper, Assistant Accountant or similar
Robust experience in reconciliations, billing, accounts receivable and financial operations
Proven ability to identify issues, resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
Proactive, analytical and confident working independently
