Hilton Foods Australia is seeking a Site Safety & Wellbeing Manager for our Bunbury site in Western Australia. You will lead end-to-end safety initiatives across a complex, rapid-paced workplace, overseeing a workforce of up to 400 team members including employees and contractors.

You will partner with site leadership to embed best practices, interpret legislation, drive injury prevention and return-to-work programs, and continuously improve safety standards.
