Bene is seeking a Service Manager to establish and develop recent NDIS services across locations in Adelaide and regional SA. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify prospects, build referral pathways and grow a sustainable participant base.

You will recruit, lead and develop a high‑performing team, oversee day‑to‑day operations, monitor participant outcomes, and manage compliance and financial performance as the service expands.
