We are looking for a resilient, hard working customer service operator who has solid skills on SAP. Working for a global medical equipment supply company located in Macquarie Park.

This role includes:
Handlinginbound and outbound phone calls- providing exceptional service to patients, clinics, and hospitals
Performingaccurate data entryinto SAP
Liaising with various internal teams - including sales, logistics, and warehousing
Supporting order management and customer follow-ups
Tracking orders and managing customer information

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in acustomer support role, where you've chased orders
Robust communication skills with apatient and empatheticapproach
Ability to work through a high volume of calls and adapt to change




A background in themedical or healthcareindustry is highly regarded
Experience usingSAPis preferred
