Role:
Infection Prevention & Safety Officer
Responsibilities:
Lead hospital-wide infection control and safety programs, develop and maintain evidence-based policies, conduct surveillance and data analysis, ensure compliance with CDC, CMS, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.
Educate staff on infection prevention, PPE, and hand hygiene.
Investigate infections and safety events.
Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance safety and infection control.
Qualifications & Skills:
Solid knowledge of infection prevention, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. Excellent communication and educational skills. Ability to analyze data and develop effective policies. Team-oriented team player within a multidisciplinary workplace. Focused on proactive, patient-centered safety practices.
