The Shire of Denmark seeks an experienced Manager Civil Operations to lead civil construction, maintenance, and depot operations. You will report to the Director Infrastructure and Assets and drive capital works, budgets and resource management to deliver high-quality community infrastructure.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, foster safety, and build solid stakeholder relationships while guiding strategic infrastructure outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
