Role Overview
Small portfolio of just under 75 properties
Act as the key contact for all rental enquiries
Organize and host property viewings, including open homes and private inspections
Review tenancy applications and complete all employment, income, and reference checks
Assess prospective tenants and provide recommendations to the PM team
Contribute to day-to-day duties and ensure timely follow-ups

About You
Warm, confident communicator
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize your workload
Comfortable using contemporary software platforms and mobile tools
Detail-focused with a proactive, positive approach
Works well independently while enjoying the structure of a supportive team

Essential/Preferred Requirements




Previous real estate experience is advantageous - Assistant or Leasing Consultant
Agents Rep
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
