Global Service Pty Ltd t/a Miso Japanese Teishoku Restaurant in Sydney is seeking a skilled Japanese Chef to lead kitchen operations and craft authentic Japanese dishes.

You will develop menus, estimate food and labour costs, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure high-quality, consistent flavors across all creations. This is a full time role with standard annual and sick leave, plus superannuation. Experience in traditional and up-to-date techniques is preferred.
