Legal Counsel (in-house) – Corporate Governance & Compliance

Salary Negotiable DOE | Hybrid | Full time, Permanent

We’re partnering with a leading global technology and electronics business to appoint a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team.

This is a great opportunity for a self-driven lawyer to take ownership of corporate governance, compliance and commercial legal matters , working closely with senior leadership in a highly autonomous role.

About You
4+ years PQE, ideally with a corporate/commercial and compliance background
Robust understanding of corporate governance and compliance
Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused
Highly self-driven and comfortable working autonomously
Robust stakeholder management skills
Comfortable taking ownership without being micromanaged

The Role




Own corporate governance and compliance matters
Provide commercial and corporate legal advice
Manage legal risk, policies and compliance frameworks
Work closely with the General Counsel and senior leadership
Support the broader business across corporate and commercial matters

Based in Wentworth Point initially, relocating to Rydalmere following the office refurbishment in 2027.
