Baulkham Hills Veterinary Hospital in Sydney’s northwest is seeking a full time Lead Veterinary Receptionist (part time considered for the right applicant) to lead front-desk operations, manage bookings, payments and client inquiries.

You’ll liaise with veterinarians and nurses to ensure smooth patient care, maintain records, and provide explicit information to clients about appointments and clinic processes. A welcoming, organized reception is essential.
