Hyatt House South Melbourne is seeking a Host - Rooms to drive a seamless Front Office operation. You will handle check-ins/outs, manage reservations via PMS, process payments, and support guest needs with a friendly, proactive attitude.

The role covers F&B; basics and upselling prospects, while maintaining spotless public and back-of-house areas. Flexibility for weekends and public holidays is required; RSA certification is essential.
