Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking Locum ED SRMOs PGY3+ to support busy metropolitan Emergency Departments.

This role is ideal for doctors wanting solid hourly rates, high-acuity ED exposure and adaptable shift options across accessible Sydney metro hospitals.

You will manage a wide range of acute presentations while working closely with FACEMs, registrars and skilled nursing teams.

Clinical Setting
Well-equipped metro EDs with electronic medical records
Trauma, paediatrics, mental health and complex medicine presentations
Consultant supervision and structured escalation pathways
Procedural exposure including cannulation, suturing, plastering and airway support
Strong experience for doctors pursuing ACEM training

Requirements
AHPRA General Registration
PGY3+ with at least 6–12 months Emergency Medicine experience




NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
Willingness to complete onboarding and credentialing
