The role
Manage a portfolio of injured workers returning to pre-injury or new employer roles
Coordinate rehabilitation and return to work plans across complex physical and psychological injuries
Conduct workplace, ergonomic and functional assessments and develop tailored return to work programs
Attend case conferences and provide clear, timely recommendations throughout the rehabilitation process

Perks
Salary - Up to $115,000 + super + bonus
Location - Newcastle or Gosford
Varied caseload across rehabilitation and injury management

About you
Qualified OT / Physio / EP with current AHPRA registration
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Clinical or occupational rehabilitation experience
An understanding of injury management, return to work or vocational rehabilitation
Robust communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Outcome-focused, empathetic and confident working with injured workers and external stakeholders
