Fidel Cafe is a contemporary cafe at the new premises of Excelsia University College offering high quality coffee and a gourmet menu with fresh seasonal produce at it's heart. We pride ourselves on a relaxed, community focused atmosphere and great food made with care.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A Chef with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar cafe or restaurant setting
Able to start November 2026
Passion for food, presentation and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude




Good communication and organizational skills
Flexibility with weekend availability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and execute a modern Australian fusion cafe menu with efficiency and consistency
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Assist with stock management and ordering
Contribute to menu development, introduce cutting-edge Asian dishes and daily specials
