Redox, located in Sydney, seeks an IT Support Officer for the Helpdesk at our Minto head office. You’ll support desktops, laptops, printers, telephony, and security devices, in a Windows AD workplace, with Zendesk ticketing and rollout projects.

You’ll join an expert team, with a mix of in office and remote work after probation, serving internal customers across Australia. Solid Microsoft skills and 1+ year helpdesk experience are essential.
