About the role

As Team Leader – Maintenance, you'll lead from the field while developing your capability as a leader. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial landscapes throughout Brisbane and Surrounds, leading a small crew and setting the standard for quality, presentation and professional delivery, with the support from experienced Operational leaders. You'll understand that great maintenance sits at the intersection of horticulture, people and commercial delivery, able to look at a garden and see what needs to happen next while understanding how to get a team there, do the work efficiently and leave the client confident in what has been delivered.

Lead a small crew and set the standard for quality, presentation and skilled delivery
Variety of clients and work sites
Mowing and presentation
Hedging and pruning
Planting and garden care
Commercial landscape maintenance
Client-facing work and communication
Problem-solving in the field
Maintain consistently high presentation standards

About you
Strong practical commercial gardening knowledge




Experience in landscape or garden maintenance
Experience leading, supervising or influencing a team
An exceptional eye for detail
Strong standards around presentation
Confidence with mowing, hedging, pruning, planting and general garden care
Experience across commercial and industrial environments
Good communication skills
Commercial awareness and an understanding of productivity
Teachability, willingness to learn, listen, accept feedback and keep getting better
