Right at Home SNSW provides high quality in-home care and assistance to our valued clients in Orange NSW. Our mission to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We provide care to those in aged care & post-operative care. Our services help clients remain protected and independent in their own homes.

About the role

We currently have positions available for reliable and passionate Home Care Workers to join our team providing care support in Orange, NSW. You will need to be friendly, positive and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect. You’ll also need to have a natural ability to build relationships that make a difference, be honest, helpful and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.

Responsibilities will include:
Working within a person-centred, enabling setting that respects the rights and needs of each client
Assisting clients with personal hygiene,



dressing and domestic duties
Assisting clients with daily errands, companionship and support
Providing support with academic, social or recreational activities
Preparing food, feeding clients and administering medications
Observe, care and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client
Responding to emergency situations

Criteria:
Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent (essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges
National Police Check (valid within the last 1 year)
Drivers Licence
First Aid
Current CPR Certificate
Employee mentoring program

Australia (Required)
