We are seeking a proactive Broker Support Officer to be the first point of contact for brokers, managing enquiries and submissions while delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth underwriting process.

Working closely with underwriters and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in triaging requests, tracking submissions, coordinating responses and providing timely updates to brokers.

This is a quick-paced role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and keeping things moving.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage broker enquiries via phone, email and digital channels
Provide transparent, timely and professional responses to routine enquiries
Triage and coordinate submissions, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate teams
Monitor progress of requests and maintain visibility over pipelines and outstanding actions
Liaise with underwriters and technical specialists to support productive service delivery
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation management
Escalate complex matters appropriately and support positive broker outcomes

About You:
Previous experience in insurance, underwriting support, broker support or customer service
