Your recent role

As the Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service while supporting customers throughout the order and delivery process. You will work closely with the Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams and act as a key point of contact for the business.
Managing incoming customer calls and enquiries
Entering and processing customer orders
Using Warehouse Management Systems to manage orders
Providing product information and support
Resolving customer issues in a professional manner
Coordinating and booking outbound deliveries
Making outbound product promotional calls
Supporting the Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams
Processing credit card payments and credit applications
Maintaining customer records and master files
Managing special pricing forms, open orders and backorders




Completing general administrative duties

What you'll need to succeed
SAP B1 (Business One) is a non negotiable
Previous customer service and order processing experience
Previous experience using a Warehouse Management System
Strong order processing and administrative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A qualified and customer-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
