About the role

Your role as Brand Manager is to lead the marketing efforts of The Fresh Fruit Team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the recognition and reach of The Fresh Fruit Team brand, as well as drive growth in its products and services. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity and robust leadership skills.

Key responsibilities
Development of marketing strategy by creating a comprehensive marketing strategy and associated assets aimed at increasing brand recognition, expanding market reach and increasing share for The Fresh Fruit Team products and services
Marketing campaign development by planning, executing and overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels to meet KPIs and drive sales in product and services
Partnership management by establishing and nurturing a strong relationship with key partners, vendors and influencers to enhance brand's visibility and leverage partnership opportunities
Optimise the effectiveness of partnership campaign entitlements to drive interest
Analyse and report on marketing performance metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost and engagement rates




Provide regular reports to The Fresh Fruit Team on progress against operational plans and inform strategic decision making
Deliver cross-functional alignment to ensure brand strategic and implementation plans are cohesive
Devise cutting-edge growth strategies

About you
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to the Director
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Solid analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to think creatively and work cross-functionally within the brand manager job scope
Degree in marketing or related field
