Leading Edge Computers are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified ICT Customer Support Officer to join their team in Griffith NSW.

ICT Customer Support - Provides support, education and guidance in the deployment and maintenance of computer infrastructure and the diagnosis and resolution of technical problems and issues

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
Adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
Installing and downloading appropriate software
Ensuring effective use of applications and equipment
Implementing computer networks
Designing and maintaining websites




Repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems

Skills and Abilities:
Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a qualified ICT Support Technician
An AQF Advanced Diploma holder or any relevant experience.
Ability to work in a team workplace

Salary range is $75,000 - $95,000pa commensurate with experience
