cmr is seeking General Practitioners to support aged care residents across Recent South Wales with a mix of telehealth and scheduled face-to-face visits. VR GPs based in or near the listed regions are preferred to minimise travel, with roughly one onsite day per month per site as operationally suitable.

Locations vary by arrangement, offering flexibility in days per week and a hybrid mode of care. You will work with onsite nursing staff and the Senior Medical Officer to deliver continuous,
