The role

• Deliver, install, network and collect IT, AV and event equipment across Melbourne and surrounds.

• Set up displays, video walls, audio and computers at offices, conferences and exhibitions.

• Troubleshoot onsite and over the phone.

• Between jobs, prepare, image, test and check in equipment in our warehouse.

What you bring

• Solid IT and AV hardware knowledge, Windows 11 and Microsoft support, and networking.

• Current driver licence, a good driving record and solid local road knowledge.





• Professional presentation and confident communication with clients.

• Physically able to lift and carry and push heavy equipment.

• Availability for some early starts, after-hours and weekend work.
