As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our café running efficiently:
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive working environment.
Adhere to the Food Safety Program, including conducting temperature checks and completing necessary documentation.
Breakfast and lunch meal cooking and preparation as needed.
Keep kitchen counters and food cabinets clean, stocked, and organized.
Notify the café manager of low stock levels to ensure uninterrupted service.
Clear and clean tables efficiently to prepare for new guests.
Maintain and clean café equipment, including dishwashing responsibilities.
Serve food at the correct temperature and portion size, ensuring quality presentation.
Follow cleaning schedules and properly dispose of refuse in designated recycling streams.
Present a skilled image, adhering to grooming standards and dress code.




Follow closing procedures to leave the café clean, tidy, and secure for the next day.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also play a key role in maintaining health and safety standards:
Record any accidents in the relevant logs.
Use proper handling and lifting techniques as trained.
Stay updated on health and safety procedures.

Customer service is at the heart of this role. You will:
