Holiday Inn Perth City Centre is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead Ivy & Jack, our all‑day dining venue, and oversee room service. Open seven days a week, the team serves hotel guests, locals and corporate clients with a focus on warm hospitality and exceptional service.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coach staff, monitor budgets, and collaborate with other departments to drive guest satisfaction, revenue and brand standards.
