Oversee up to 20 single-storey farmhouse builds in Gin Gin
Manage residential construction from site start through to completion
Coordinate trades, suppliers and subcontractors
Monitor construction timelines, quality and site safety
Liaise with clients, trades and internal teams
Ensure projects remain on schedule and delivered to a high standard

About You
Experience supervising residential builds with a project or custom home builder, ideally with farmhouse experience
Highly organised,



with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple sites effectively
Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
Strong understanding of residential construction regulations, WHS requirements and quality control processes
