I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Safety Advisor to join a well-established Southeast Queensland developer-builder specialising in luxury residential construction on the Gold Coast.

This is an chance to join a quality-driven team delivering premium residential developments, with a solid focus on site safety and construction excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety compliance checks.
Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors to maintain high safety standards.
Review and implement SWMS, risk assessments and safety management plans.
Monitor high-risk construction activities and provide practical, hands-on safety guidance.
Assist with incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions.
Promote a proactive safety culture across site teams.

About You




Previous experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction.
Direct experience delivering high-rise residential projects is desirable
Solid understanding of WHS legislation, construction safety systems and risk management.
Confident engaging with site teams and subcontractors.
A proactive, hands-on approach to site safety.
