Guide Healthcare is looking for a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Western Sydney, providing in-home physiotherapy services to clients in the Wetherill Park region under the Support at Home program.We're open to a permanent part-time arrangement (1 day per week) or a contractor looking for versatile, ongoing work while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.The OpportunityProvide in-home physiotherapy assessments and treatments to clients in the community.Support mobility, strength, balance, falls prevention and functional independence.Develop individualised, evidence-based treatment plans that promote healthy ageing and reablement.Work collaboratively with clients, families and the broader care team to achieve meaningful outcomes.What We're Looking ForCurrent general AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.Experience or an interest in community,



home care or residential aged care.A person-centred approach with a genuine passion for supporting older Australians.Strong communication, organisation and independent clinical decision-making skills.Ability to travel to client homes within the Wetherill Park region.Why Join Guide Healthcare?
