Social Futures in Lismore is seeking a part time, fixed-term Program Worker for the Family Connect and Support team.
The role focuses on working with families, children and young people using a person-centred, evidence-based approach to promote self-determination and connect families to culturally appropriate supports.You will conduct strength-based assessments, develop plans, and provide outreach services across the Northern Rivers, including home visits.
