You may have worked in a 2IC or supervisory role and are ready to work with a premium activewear brand.
You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, lead the team from the floor and create an exceptional in-store experience for every customer.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, store KPIs and team performance goalsLead by example on the shop floor and deliver exceptional customer serviceCoach, motivate and develop team members through regular feedback,



training and role modellingHelp manage day-to-day store operations including stock control, visual merchandising and store presentationStep up and manage the store when the Store manager is on their RDO's or leaveRepresent the Lorna Jane brand and inspire customers through active living and community connectionWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORSomeone who understands that are customers are No 1.
