families and support coordinatorsManage participant funding, budgets and enquiries, ensuring alignment with NDIS guidelinesReview and resolve complex invoices, claims and funding discrepanciesAdvise participants and stakeholders on NDIS funding eligibility, pricing arrangements and available budgetsWork collaboratively within a team to manage high-volume workloads and meet service targetsUtilise cutting-edge technology and automated systems to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomesSKILLS + EXPERIENCEPrevious hands-on NDIS Plan Management experience is essentialStrong understanding of NDIS funding, pricing arrangements, claims and guidelinesExceptional customer service and communication skills, with the confidence to manage complex enquiriesExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentTech-savvy, adaptable and enthusiastic about learning new systemsProactive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for supporting NDIS participantsExperience within a larger NDIS Plan Management provider advantageousMust currently reside in Australia and have full Australian working rights
