What we arelooking for
We are seekinga self-starter, who is motivated, with a happy disposition wanting to provide great customer service.
As a team player you will assist the Park Manager in the provision of administration services to the visitors and residents ofCouncil caravan parks and accommodation facilities.
To facilitate and directly support the efficientoperation of Council accommodation services by performing check-ins, office administration, secretarialand administrative support.
This is anexciting prospect to work with an ever-changing dynamic team within the Mid-Western Regional Council.
This role is a casual role, based on site in Mudgee.
The salary rangebeing offered for this position is $***** to $***** per hour plus superannuation.
Weekends and Public Holidays will atrract penaly rates per the Award.
KeyAccountabilities
Direct guest check in and checkout following correct proceduresEnsure high level customer service is maintained at all timesTake cash,
credit card and debit card payments when necessary and in accordance with Council'spolicies and proceduresAssist guests with all questions and reasonable requestsMake and confirm reservations, ensuring all bookings adhere to payment and cancellation policiesAdvise housekeeping staff when rooms have been vacated and area ready for cleaning as requiredMaintain stock levels in the kiosk/shop within the reception areaConduct site tours if necessary with prospective guestsAnswering incoming calls, action incoming correspondence and sort mailAttend to general reception duties including filing and maintaining guest data basesAny other duties as assigned by management
